To price and carry out the work you ask for, to issue and keep certificates, to notify building control or the network operator where the law requires it, and to send a reminder you asked for. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into a contract, legal obligation, and consent for reminders.
How long we keep it
Quotes that do not go ahead: 12 months. Job records and certificates: 7 years, because they may be needed for warranty claims and building regulations. Reminder sign-ups: until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
