A rewire is disruptive and we do not pretend otherwise. What we do is plan it in stages, keep sockets live where we can, and make good properly so you are not left with bare chases across every wall.
You get a first-fix and second-fix plan with dates, and the whole installation signed off to the current wiring regulations at the end.
