How we do it
Most of our calls are not big jobs. They are a socket behind the TV, lights under the kitchen cabinets, a sensor light by the back door, or a breaker that trips every time the washing machine spins.
Small jobs are priced as fixed as the big ones. The first double socket is £95, each extra one on the same visit is £55, and the price list covers the rest. Send us your list and we will price it in one go and book a two-hour arrival window.
Every alteration gets a Minor Works Certificate, even the small ones. It is the paperwork your buyer’s solicitor will ask for one day, and it costs you nothing extra.

Common questions
Is there a minimum charge?
Our smallest job is £95 including the first hour. Make a list; every job after the first on the same visit is cheaper.
Can you chase sockets into the wall?
Yes. We chase them in, fill them and leave the wall ready to paint. Surface trunking is cheaper and available if you prefer.
Do you supply the light fittings?
Either way. We supply standard fittings at trade price, or fit yours as long as they are UK-rated.
